News new web site
As you can see we have launched a new web site. The main changes are style and layout to give a more professional impression. However there are a few small points that are worth highlighting.
- We have new tariffs and terms which apply to all new customers and those existing customers being moved to ADSL2+ equipment. This includes 30 day notice on ceases, and a slightly changed usage based charging system.
- Many of the detailed technical descriptions have been simplified and more detail moved to the "knowledge base" sections.
- We have added a completely new section on dispute resolution process.
- We have added a copyright section to our AUP.
We will be extending the knowledge base section of the web site over time, and aim to include all of the technical details from our old site as well as contributions from customers.
Note: The new site include new tariffs which apply to new customers new. Existing customers are being moved to new tariffs as their service is moved to new faster ADSL2+. More details
