Broadband servces
We offer two main types of broadband service. Our Basic service is £17.57 pcm† and offers a simple reliable home broadband service for home users including an ADSL2+ ethernet router and 1GB of peak download allowance. Our Professional service starts from as little as £20.50 pcm† (£17.83+VAT) including 2GB peak download allowance, so can easily be used by more demanding home users. Professional customers can pick a tariff that matches their needs. The professional service includes an ADSL2+ ethernet router, fixed IP address blocks, IPv6, a UK domain, web space, and IMAP email (with spam and virus checking). The professional service also has a range of tariff options and additional features such as premium giving higher priority to traffic within the BT network, and enhanced care giving higher priority fault repair within BT, both of which are ideal for business customers.
Our professional broadband servces include a free router to use with the service (yours to keep after a year); a free UK domain if you wish; IMAP email with spam and virus checking with up to 1GB storage; web space with up to 1GB storage. All lines include Constant Quality Monitoring.
